The Survey on Incentive Compensation Satisfaction of Science and Technology Personnel: Take the Area of Nantong as an Example

It is the key to the success or failure of a cause whether the enthusiasm and innovation of the science and technology personnel can be mobilized during the course of constructing an innovation-type country. Incentive Compensation, as a means of encouraging employees and enhancing labor efficiency and work quality, is undoubtedly the most motivating of numerous incentive measures. Taking the science and technology personnel in the area of Nantong as an example, this article evaluates the overall status of the incentive compensation satisfaction of science and technology personnel, analyses respectively the incentive compensation satisfaction statuses of science and technology personnel of various ages, sexes, academic backgrounds and working in units of various natures.
