The Project Management Model of Hydropower Development Enterprises: An Analysis of HeXie Management Theory
Due to the particularity and management practice, new hydropower development enterprises cry for innovation in management theory and breakthrough in management model. Based on HeXie management theory, with Ertan hydropower development company. LTD (the company takes charge of the Yahlong River basin development) as an example, this paper systematically discusses the companys project management model abstracted from the real project management practice, which can be used as a prevalent reference for river basin hydropower development enterprises. Were established in the stakeholders value realization and creation within the process of basin hydropower development.
