Study on Enterprise Group Governance Framework from the Visual Angle of Harmony and Cooperation

摘要：

Traditional enterprise group analysis includes both dichotomy and trichotomy analytical framework. Dichotomy refers to enterprise and market, and the group presents layer-midst organization structure character. Trichotomy refers to enterprise, market and network, and the group presents network structure character. The paper points out that the function, venture and strategic decision of the group are not only depend on the level relationship but also depend upon the network relationship. Therefore the essence of the group is harmony-cooperation network that embedded in certain social relationship. The paper brings forward a new group governance framework that based on harmony-cooperation through analysis of target, boundary and contents of the group governance.
