Some Notes on Qualitative Case Study Research

摘要：

Using case studies in research can aid developing greater understanding of phenomenon under study. Drawing upon experiences in case study research this article seeks to increase understanding of the use of the method and highlights critical issues.Preliminary aspects such as understanding when the case method is useful through to the processes of selecting cases and gathering data are discussed. Finally the analysis of data and findings are detailed with examples from prior research presented to increase understanding of important concepts.
