Analysis on the Organizational Nature of Industry Cluster and Governance Mechanisms
Industry cluster and intermediate organizations have the same content and features of the organization, therefore, from an organizational point of view, it is a middle-industry organization that lies between the pure market and complete level organizations. The basis of trading activities and various contractual insider the clusters is the type leases, as a response, bilateral management mechanisms should be implemented through the reputation,cooperation and coordination mechanism to increase profit of participation into the cluster and loss from the cluster groups to ensure the operation. However, Chinese industry clusters are still immature, some traditional norms the fore-market economy impact cluster effects, therefore, it is necessary to introduce a third party to make a supplement to bilateral governance mechanisms to ensure the normal and orderly operation of industrial clusters.
