Study on Complex Phenomena of Marketing Organization
We explore the marketing department based on functional departmentalization. First, we analyze the organizational structure and work of different departments. Second, we describe the work flow using UML sequence diagram. Third, we analyze the complex phenomena and problems of the marketing department combined with the daily work and the work flow. Finally, we put forward preliminary solutions and what to do next.
