Chinas Emergency Management: Building a Framework

摘要：

Emergency management is not only a buzz but also extraordinary word in the public management studies. China also has significant current or potential emergencies and disasters threats. This research paper will explore a comprehensive coordinated emergency management approach for China to prepare and respond all catastrophic events of national significance. To present this broad picture, the introduction begins with the potential risks in Chinas current emergency management framework. Then, it salutes and emphasizes an innovative strategy in emergency management. Finally, this research attempts to present a series of high level and principle based strategic considerations to the Central Government of China.
