The Output Value of Chinas Basic Disciplines of Intellectual Property Input Analysis
Basic sciences to the study of physical movement and summed up the basic laws of humanity, and it is highly abstract thinking crystallization and the basic research as a source of new knowledge and new inventions, new technologies created by the pilot. But basic research do in a low-input, low output embarrassing situation; How to optimize the proportion of input in basic sciences, reward those who do good research on the importance and urgency significantly. A reasonable investment in basic research can effectively improve the results, in particular the outcome of intellectual property convenience fast into business efficiency, which are related to the spread of knowledge and assessment of the value of intellectual property, integration issues. Here, we try a simple analysis of these issues, our subjects with a view to providing information and policy analysis and formulation.
