Based on analyzing ways and processes of cross-cultural integration & innovation in DAYA Bay Nuclear Power Station,this article mainly discusses major measures and contents of the cross-cultural integration & innovation in DAYA Bay Nuclear Power Station, and we hope them to be useful references of Sino-foreign cross-cultural management.
