Research on modeling method of building environmental performance
Environmental performance modeling is essential to research of Building Environmental Performance (BEP). After reviewing the existing methods of BEP modeling and environment influences quantification, a new method, which can model BEP directly and distinctly, was proposed in this paper. In this new method, the various environmental influences of building were classified according an order form bottom to top, and several main environmental influences were chosen based on current technology and society condition, and a general basic environmental influencing unit was also defined, which expresses BEP directly and precisely and makes the integration of BEP smoothly and easily, and the detailed scheme of determining the weight coefficients and equivalent values adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were introduced too.
