Analysis of hot water supply performance by using a solar water- heating system in dwelling houses of Kitakyushu
This paper analyzes hot water supply performance by using a solar water-heating system (SWH) in dwelling houses (public residential complex) which are located in Yahata district of Kitakyushu, Japan. Hot water demand is calculated by using energy consumption intensity of Kyushu, and use experience equation to calculate hot water supply by SWH. According to the results, it can satisfy the hot water users demand significantly. Compared with gas boiler system, SWH is capable of reducing gas consumption, with 871,000m3, and 1,870 tones of CO2 emission, and can save T $ 41 carbon tax per year.
