Development of heating system working conditions analysis software for existing building

In this paper a new method was used in computing energy consumption and indoor temperature, by which the calculation object is every apartment. Existing building working-condition analysis (EBCA) software is developed by this mathematic model. With the application of the software, this paper simulates the indoor temperature and energy consumption of every apartment for the buildings of three different envelop retrofit projects, displays the differences of the simulate result by using different heating system retrofit scheme, which can help to find the disorder of hydraulic status and thermodynamic status of respective heating system in existing buildings, then help retrofit decision- making department to make a rational and economic retrofit scheme on heating system. The rational heating system retrofit schemes of the three projects are also provided in this paper.
