The energy conservation analysis of the heat pipe indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning system used in the building
According to the material statistics, Chinese GDP occupies world GDP probably is 4%, the primary energy and the raw material consumption has actually accounted for the global ultimate output 30%, construction energy consumption occupies the national energy consumption 30%, the air conditioning energy consumption accounts for construction energy consumption about 60%. Therefore vigorously does the energy conservation work in the heating air conditioning domain, is one of the main ways contribution to the energy conservation. We proposed a new energy conservation air conditioning system-the heat pipe indirect evaporation cooling air conditioning system. This air conditioning system can recycle the cool exist in the inside air to pre-cool the outside fresh air in the summer, and recycle the heat exist in the inside air to preheat outside air in the winter. The whole system only needs the air blower and the water pump energy consumption, without other exterior powers. Through experimental confirmation, we found that when outside air temperature above 30℃, use this air conditioning system can make temperature drop reaches above 5 -6 ℃ in the summer, the indirect evaporation efficiency may reach about 60-65 %. In the winter, the heat recycle efficiency also may reach about 60%, the energy conservation effect is obvious. Especially suit for the northwest regions where have dry climate. The system structure, the principle of operation, the experimental study of this air conditioning system and its use in the building will be presented in this paper to analysis the energy conservation effect.
