Study on a new energy- saving composite wall

A new energy -saving composite wall is the main bearing, energy -saving and heat insulating member in the multi-ribbed slab structure (MRSS). Based on the previous test of the wall, the main failure modes and process are studied; the load-bearing characteristics are analyzed; the three-stage mechanical models are discussed; heat insulating disposals of the exterior wall are put forward. So it can be concluded as follows: The interacting behaviors between filler blocks and concrete frame grids and between the new energy-saving composite slab and the concealed frame are perfect. The walls failure modes can be mostly defined as the shearing failure mode and the bending failure mode, but the former is reasonable. The walls failure process can be described as three stages, namely elastic stage, elastic-plastic stage and failure stage, which correspond to different mechanical models. According to the mechanism of heat transfer and heat insulation of the exterior wall, local thermal bridge disposal and integral heat insulating disposal of the exterior wall are given. In brief, the research indicates that the new energy-saving composite wall is characterized by low weight, saving energy, good aseismic performance, economy and environmental protection.
