Research on uncertainties in evaluation indicator system for ecological residential community
Based on uncertainties analysis, the construction principle of the evaluation indicator system for ecological residential community (ERC) is established, with elastic principle as mainstay. A suit of means have been put forward, by which a qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicator system according with Chinese situation and considering uncertainties can be established. Following the elastic, hierarchical and operational principle, a three-layer evaluation indicator system including 5 subsystems and 24 indicators is established in Jiuyi ERC. The whole evaluation indicator system not only has an active and practical effect on estimating ERC, but also guides ERC planning.
