A Parallel Retrieval Strategy Based on Anchor Text

摘要：

Most information retrieval system designers ignored the anchor text, which is highly relevant to the page content.Therefore, the accuracy of the system is not satisfactory. In this paper, we proposed a indexing method to improve the accuracy. We made two indices, one for page content and the other for anchor text. A parallel retrieval strategy was utilized for the two indices. The evaluations show our method is efficient for the special structure document collection.
