ANNUAL ENERGY PERFORMANCE SIMULATION OF A FACADE INTEGRATED PHOTOVOLTAIC AND WATER HEATING SYSTEM IN EAST CHINA
A dynamic model for a building fa鏰de integrated photovoltaic and water heating (BiPV/T) systems has been developed and validated. Typical weather data of Hefei in east China was used during annual simulation. The results showed that, with this system, the space thermal loads of building can be much reduced both in summer and winter season when supplying domestic hot water at annual thermal efficiency 27.6% simultaneously, and this system can provide electricity power with 9.64% annual efficiency at the same time. The overall annual performance of this system showed that it has an expectable application foreground in east China.
