SEVERAL PROBLEMS OF a-SI PV SYSTEM IN DESIGN AND APPLICATION

摘要：

In this paper the characteristics of a-Si solar modules were disussed, such as cheap, low material cost, more green, generating more electricity, high performance-price ratio etc.. The reasons of a-Si solar modules generating more electricity were analysed and pointed out a-Si thin layer solar module is one of the large-scale application solar modules.
