INFLUENCE OF AIR FLOW RATE ON PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF ZINC OXIDE
The aim of this paper is to investigate one of the most important parameters in preparing ZnO thin films namely the rate of carrier gas flow by the help of spray pyrolysis technique, keeping all other parameters constant (i.e., substrate temperature 550亱C, distance between substrate to nozzle, Dsn=30cm and solution composition). ZnO thin films deposited at flow rate of 16 lit/min were confirmed that with increasing the flow rate we can obtain better crystallinity and correspondingly lower sheet resistance (~ 300/仩). Optical transmittance study in visible range (550nm) for different flow rate demonstrated that with lowest flow rate (4 lit/min), the best transmittance in visible range is obtainable.
