TESTING SYSTEM OF SOLAR CELLS MODULE WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE BASED ON VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT

A testing system of solar cells module was proposed in the paper. The system simulated AM1.5 solar light by using Xe-light and obtained original I-V curve in the LabVIEW program through the DAQ module. In the meantime, the parameters of the instantaneous temperature, spectral response were also obtained and then corrected to the values in the standard testing condition by using Matlab numeric operation. Compared with traditional testing system of solar cells, the testing system presented in the paper is with higher precision, automation and reliability.
