Research On Emergency Evacuation Simulation

摘要：

Emergency evacuation is necessary before Large-scale natural or man-made disasters happened. This paper examined the procedures, and components that affect and are affected by emergency evacuation events. A framework of modeling evacuation is presented. OREMS (Oak Ridge Evacuation Modeling System) was employed to model evacuation process.The model was used in ChangXing Island flood evacuation simulation. Experiment results demonstrate the proposed methodologys operational planning capability for large-scale emergency evacuation management.
