The Watermarking Algorithm based on CWT and HVS
An improved watermarking algorithm in the complex wavelet domain (CWT) is proposed in this paper. The algorithm improves the embedding scheme and extracting scheme, and use the spread spectrum in embedding scheme and RS-Error correction code to increase the algorithms robustness. It also applied the visual masking of HVS to the code of watermark. The experiment results show that the CWT algorithm has better anti-interference resistance than DWT method and the watermark has stronger robustness against common attacks like JPEG, JPEG2000 compressions, different filtering attack etc.
