Application of Synthetic Evaluation Method Based on Grey-fuzzy Theory in HCI of Software

Human Computer Interface (HCI) is one of important factors that affect software quality, so it is necessary to search a scientific and objective method to evaluate the HCI quality of software. Through systemic analysis of HCI, the paper establishes index system of HCI quality of software with the principles of system engineering, and then uses a synthetic method to evaluate it based on grey-fuzzy theory. Namely, it uses grey statistics to establish fuzzy judgment matrix and obtains the weight of every index by grey correlation analysis, then evaluates HCI quality by fuzzy comprehensive method, so the evaluation can be more scientific and reasonable. Finally an example is given to show how to use the method to evaluate HCI quality.
