Contact Analysis of Logarithmic Spiral Profile Connection Based on ANSYS

摘要：

The 3D solid model of logarithmic spiral profile connection is established by the powerful 3-D solid modelling function of CAD software Pro/ENGINEER. The CAE finite element software is employed to the established profile connection model to generate meshes, create contact pair and applied constraints. Then the contact stress and strain of profile connection is analysed. The idea and method are provided for exploiting the advantages of specialized software and high-speed computer in engineering design.
