Integrated Production Management Model and Its Application of MRP Ⅱ and JIT

摘要：

MRPⅡ is an advanced planning method,while JIT is an efficient controlling means. This paper comes up with the idea of integrating MRPⅡ with JIT,thus improving the level of running an enterprise and managing its production. It also introduces the technological system of the mode of JIT in Toyota in detail, and points out that, by following strictly the JIT management thought in production management,making use of every kind of useful tools and methods and keeping on the continuous improvement, the great effect of JIT will bring into play to make the enterprise more competitive.
