A CCD Imaging Inspection Microcomputer System Used in PVC Salt-Film Manufacture

To inspect the perforation of salt-film in pulling manufacture, an imaging dimension measuring system with linear CCD is constructed in this note. The system adopted TCP1206SUP as inspecting camera, and P87LPC764 single chip processor as controller. Issue about image inspection precision and inspection rate and image borderline check were probed into. App effect shows, the system can achieve diameter 0.954mm PVC salt-film perforation failure inspection precision and 26.5 m/min inspection rate in on-line manufacturing.
