The Head Surface Reconstruction Based on an Improved Segmentation Method
Image segmentation is the basis of three-dimensional medical image reconstruction. The accuracy of image segmentation directly affects the results of 3D reconstruction. In order to obtain the clear contour of skin, according to the gray feature of head ct image, using edge detection and contour tracking algorithm to segment the edge of ct image. At last,obtain the contour of skin. At the same time, use midpoint to obtain auxiliary contour lines. The quantity of contour is increased. At last, the head surface is reconstructed by using surface rendering methods.
