In recent years important city crisis explosion and its huge influence make city safety and crisis management turn into hotspot problems. Basing on the essentiality of city crisis management, this text analyzes the actuality of Chinese city crisis management, and puts forward the countermeasures of constructing Chinese city crisis management system.This research will provide government useful reference for adopting to corresponding measures to improve the city crisis management condition and perfect the city crisis management system.
