Ontology-based Case Base for Enterprise Informatization: Model and Management

Knowledge transfer is one of the key factors for the successful implementation of enterprise informatization project.On the basis of introduction of ontology concept, this paper constructs an ontology model for enterprise informatization knowledge as well as develops an enterprise informatization case base management system.Furthermore, the paper analyzes the methods for the collection of cases in the enterprise informatization case base. For the cases collection, the authors propose the case management system should apply Web 2.0 technology to attract users participations as many as possible. The Case Base will be divided into two kinds--the original base and the final base. Cases that the users upload to the original base will be transferred into the final base after corresponding evaluation and selection. Moreover, the system will inform related users about the increase and update information of both the original base and the final base.
