Thoughts on Construction of Enterprise Crisis Information Management System

摘要：

In the operation of enterprises, crisis information management plays an important role. However, many enterprises have not established the effective enterprise crisis information management system, which makes it difficult for the enterprises to prevent and cope with the crisis. So it is important to study the construction on enterprise crisis information management system The paper introduces the concept and significance of enterprise crisis information management, analyzes the process of emergence and problems of enterprise crisis information management, and puts forward the strategies and advice to establish crisis information management system, that is,. the enterprise should cultivate the consciousness of crisis information management and recruit the professional personnel. The enterprises should establish the effective crisis information warning system, and they should have the system for making use of the crisis information. In the meantime, the crisis conrtrol system should be set up to work if the crisis takes place.
