Research on the Crises and Strategies of Non-State-run Enterprises Management Innovation

摘要：

Since the 1990s, non-state-run enterprises in China have been achieved much progress, however, there exist many management crises, the lagging ways and methods of business management need to be changed. This paper analyses the primary crises of non-state-run enterprises management in China, and elaborates on the correlative innovative strategies.
