The Research on the Construction of Enterprise Crisis Management System
Enterprises meet various crises during the development, so the research on enterprise crisis management is urgent.Enterprise crisis management is a system which some certain organization structures use various methods and instruments, by certain means, to analyze and predict the potential crises in enterprise operation, to prevent its formation and eruption, and to treat, summarize and recover from the enterprise crises after they have erupted. The management system derives from all these procedures is what called enterprise crisis management system. Crisis management system is divided into several subsystems, including early warning, pre-control, treatment,summarization, resumption, and so on This paper analyzes the dynamic course of crisis management combined with the four factors affect enterprise crisis management and designs a dynamic analyze graphic for enterprise crisis management course. In the end, this paper sets up enterprise crisis management system based on the above analysis and explains it primarily.
