Research on the Technological Crisis and its Management System of Enterprises
With the development of science and technology, knowledge, technology and information become more and more important in the international competition. At the same time, some influences which have rose to the crisis plane to enterprise, such as negative effect of technology, technological substitution, exposure of technological secret and the questions of technological barrier, will destroy the technological development of enterprise seriously. In this paper, the implication of technological crisis is defined, and the form, characteristics and main evocable factors of technological crisis are analyzed, and the management system of technological crisis of enterprise is established which provides the new ideal for the research of the technology management of enterprise.
