Precaution Mechanism Research of Intellectual Property Rights Crisis in Chinas High Technological Enterprises
As our enterprises enter the competition in the international market, disputes on intellectual property rights torts our high technological enterprises suffered from are showing obviously increasing trend, which has affected the survival and development of enterprises and the national economy security. Therefore, precaution and pre-control researches should be performed for enterprises intellectual property rights crisis. Through analyzing connotations and features on precaution mechanism of intellectual property rights crisis, the status quo on precaution mechanism of intellectual property rights crisis in domestic and oversea enterprises is analyzed and compared in order to construct the precaution mechanism model of intellectual property rights crisis in our high technological enterprises, thus to evaluate the precaution extent of precaution mechanism from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
