The Application of Internal Audit in the Enterprise Crisis Response System
Against a background of increasing threats, enterprise crisis response system (ERRS) has emerged in many industries as a systematic process to counter the effects of crisis and interruptions, although its potential to play a more strategic role is still largely underexplored. Meanwhile Internal auditing in enterprises at the leading edge of developing and implementing risk management framework and processes have succeeded in becoming a partner in the risk management domain. This article emphasizes on internal audit as one of the core parts of ERRS, which can ensure the enterprises continuous development and try to minimize the damage or loss from the crisis.
