Research On The Forewarning System About Choice Target Enterprise Of Merger & Acquisition

摘要：

Because of it being very big risk, the enterprise Merger & Acquisition success ratio is not very high. Whereas, It is necessary all to establish the risk forewarning system in each stage of Merger & Acquisition(Zhang Jian-hua<<The Risk Analysis and Management on enterprise Merger & Acquisition>>).At present, the research is very little on establishing risk forewarning system in the front of enterprise Merger & Acquisition. So the paper discusses simply it in order to give some Merger & Acquisition revelations.
