The Enterprise Risk Management Based on Core Competitive Ability

摘要：

The enterprise crisis management ability is the important constituent of the enterprise core competitive ability,affects the enterprise long-term development. Enhancing the enterprise crisis management ability positively enhances core ability. The paper emphatically carries on the analysis to exterior government, understanding erroneous zone, handling ability etc. which in the crisis management exists, proposes enterprises must set up the correct enterprise values in the crisis management, establish the scientific crisis early warning system and make it government by law as well as the humanist crisis management countermeasure. And through this measures it will promote the enterprise competitive power, is advamageous for the sustainahle development.
