Research On Crisis Management System of Entrepreneurial Enterprises at Growth Stage
To enterprises, the crisis is inevitable. Enterprises crisis management are the management activities that prevent and pre-control systematically the crisis with plan and organize before the outbreak of crisis, control and resolve the crisis by swift and effective means after the outbreak of the crisis, try to avoid and reduce the harm of crisis, enable enterprises to get through the crisis, and even turn crisis into opportunity. Entrepreneurial enterprises at growth stage are more prone to break crisis as their products, markets, management are not yet mature. The paper focuses on entrepreneurial enterprises at growth stage to establish a crisis management system including the supervision to the growth of enterprises, the warning, pre-control, handling to the crisis, the summarization and recovery after crisis.
