Study on Crisis Early Warning Mechanism for Science and Technology Enterprises
Along with the formation of economic globalization development trend, science and technology enterprises have become the important Principal of technique innovation all over the world. The science and technology enterprises have higher crisis risk than ordinary enterprises because of their characteristics. On the basis of studying the present research condition of the enterprise crisis early-warning systematically, this paper carries on a thorough analysis on crisis characteristic of science and technology enterprises. Then it sets up a crisis early warning mechanism for science and technology enterprises, and analyzes the operation of crisis early warning mechanism in science and technology enterprises. At last it puts forward several countermeasures which can operate the crisis early warning mechanism efficiently and improve crisis management ability for science and technology enterprises.
