The Research of Enterprise Crisis Management Based on Knowledge Management
The crisis has characteristic of universality, which threatens the sustainable development of enterprise seriously. So,crisis management is a required course of each enterprise. From the point of view of knowledge, crisis management is defined as the internal and external knowledge of enterprise applied in the fields of crisis, which is the process of the acquirement, storage, sharing utilization and continual innovation of crisis knowledge. Better knowledge management can help enterprise anticipate crisis factors and guide crisis response to lessen the impact of crisis events. In this paper, the Fraunhofers knowledge model is employed to help design crisis management oriented system framework of knowledge management. According to the different crisis characteristics and knowledge demand of responding to crisis at the each period of crisis life cycle, we propose various knowledge management strategies, and further construct an enterprise crisis management system bases on knowledge management, which provides the effective support for enterprise crisis decision-making.
