The Empirical Research on the Influence of Team Process Variables on Team Mental Model Construction
This paper made an empirical research on the influence of team conflict and team trust upon the construction of team mental model in MBA student teams. The result is presented as follows. Cognition-based conflict has a positive effect on the construction of team mental model, and affective conflict does a negative one. Cognitive trust partially mediates the relationship between cognitive conflict and team mental model, and affective trust does the relationship between cognitive conflict and affective conflict.
