The Contributing Factors and Conductive Mechanism of Enterprise Crisis

摘要：

The modern enterprises cant avoid the possibility of various crises. In the management process, due attention should be paid to the following problems: enhancing awareness of crisis and its management, understanding the various factors which have great impact on enterprise crisis and the conductive mechanism. The external and internal influencing factors of enterprise crisis are systemically explained, and by analyzing its conductive mechanism, the systematic and dynamic problems are studied in this paper. Based on correct recognization of the contributing factors of crisis and its conductive mechanism, it is helpful for enterprises to build dynamic crisis management system,therefore, achieving sustainable development.
