The Research of Crisis Management in the Collective Turnover of Manager Team
The collective turnover of the manager team will have disastrous effects on the operating safety, staff morale, the image of enterprises. How to manage this phenomenon becomes one of the hottest issues in the crisis management.In this article, the formation mechanism of the crisis is discussed. On this basis, by controlling the formation of the common sense about collective turnover and separating the mobilization structure, some strategies and recommendations are made for the crisis management in enterprise manager team collective turnover.
