A Research on Multilateral Cooperation System of Public Crisis Management Based on the E-government in China

摘要：

The public crisis is a global problem, which has also won the Chinese governmental great attention. How to resolve the public crisis and how to reduce crisis are important issues that the Chinese government faces. However, the crisis cannot be solved solely on the strength of the government. So a multilateral cooperation system which includes the government, the public, international organizations and media is proposed. Due to e-government has many advantages to assist in dealing with crises, the multilateral cooperation system will be based on the e-government platform.
