The Analysis of Epidemic Situation Characteristic, Some Problems, Governmental Prevention and Control Measurements
This paper analyses some problems in the course of Avian Influenza Viruses epidemic prevention and cure, thats included the epidemic origin, diffusion, prevention. Based on the patient number, diffuse speed, prevalence scope and trend, the Avian Influenza Viruses epidemic can eompartmentalize three phases: diffusion among the birds,diffusion from birds to human and diffusion among the human. Currently the epidemic is still localized in the first and second phases, and the pivotal measures for the control epidemic include caught the birds to kill, inoculation the vaccine and financing to compensate the farmer. Once the virus occurs to the malignant variation that could diffuse among the human, in this time the effective control measures are only the seclusion and inoculation on a large scale.In this case, the seclusion measure could be efficiency only but the less patient number proportion. And in this phase the human social ability to information management is very important thats included the administration efficiency of the disease prevention and cure department.
