Offer the safe existent key problem of the country food, introduce the HACCP basic principle and the necessity of applying. And produce a solid example of the apple vinegar for analyzing, make sure key control point which influence product quality, offer homologous prevention measure, build up safe regulations of supervision operation,make the medium ofvarious bane be as low as lowest degree to insure the safe quality of product.
