The research on emergency rescue of the Traffic Accident
In order to allocate the resources of the medical rescue effectively, and to reduce the mortality rate in the traffic accident through making the wounded get cure effectively and in time, this paper analyses two main factors and proposes the indexes in all levels that influence the rescue efficiency. Then the paper establishes the allocation model for the medical rescue resources, which is approved through empirical study. Finally the paper proposes some management suggestions about how to optimize the allocation of the medical resources.
