Research on How to Manage the College Crisis with the View to Harmony
College is an area of dense population, and like a cell in an organism, plays a necessary part in the society. Today the social crises occur so often that many potential factors will induce the college insecurity. However the reality that students and teachers dont have much knowledge about crises and the administration is far from efficiency has greatly blocked the construction of a harmonious campus. So its an urgent quest to build a scientific mechanism to deal with crises and an efficient system to allocate the duty and responsible.
