Research on Public Participation in the Public Crisis Management

摘要：

This article analyzed the necessity of public participation in the public crisis management from the knowledge angle of public crisis, crisis management and public participation. We put forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal to strengthen participation in crisis management from three aspects: enhancing propaganda; enhancing crisis realize,perfect information communication mechanism, the organization of public participation in the crisis training;strengthen the practice ability to crisis.
