Enterprise Strategy Crisis and The Chaos Management
In recent years, the non-linear science which takes the chaos theory as the representative develops rapidly.Applying the chaos theory to the enterprise strategy crisis management is useful for the enterprise to adapt to the dynamic and complex external environment This article discusses the relation between the enterprise system strategy crisis and the chaos theory, analyzes the causes of the enterprise strategy crisis, and gives some thoughts and measures of chaos management in the strategic crisis guard and the processing aiming at the causes from the aspects of strategic thought, the strategic coordination, the structure, the culture and the ability proposes. The chaos management is used widely, and it re-examine the strategy crisis management by asymmetrical, non-linear,the non-definite thought. Using the chaos management thoughts and the methods are advantageous to the systematic thinking and the dynamic management, perfecting strategy crisis management system, overcoming the crisis, changing the strategic crisis to an opportunity, and enables the enterprise strategy to have the defense and the protection ability.
